High Times and Misdemeanors in the Province of Canendor

A-Questing We Shall Go
Switchbacks and Goats

The party managed to get themselves registered with the adventurers guild, and purchased some items with their advance payment. They then embarked on their journey. They encountered two panthers in the woods, who were unconvinced by the druid’s attempts to negotiate. The party slew them while they were sleeping. Continuing on there way, the party spent the night in an abandoned waystation up the mountainside. The next day, they killed an angry mother giant goat whose kid’s corpse they had seen slaughtered the day before. They proceeded to the top of the pass and found the caravan they had been sent to find. Five corpses littered the wreckage, and the party managed to recover some treasure, as well as a small wooden box with a small stone tablet inside. Returning to Genlin Keep, they got their paper licenses, and a librarian identified the text of the tablet as Undercommon, language of the traders of the Underdark.

Ankheg Attack!
Lo, and the Voice Said, Let There Be Party

The party encountered each other in an encounter today, against an injured ankheg, which they slew mercilessly, plundering its corpse for gems.
The party reported their finding to the police, and were rewarded with gruel.
The party then went to the Hellhound and Hare, where they manage to pawn off an ankheg head to Evad Evadson, the barkeep and innkeeper.
The party then accepted a commision from Everard Copern, a businessman, who gave them 100GP up-front to retrieve a text of some sort from a lost caravan.
